By the 3rd type of push up I was down to only being able to do 4 or 5... the inclined ones, forget it I could barely do it normally. I had to modify by going to my knees (yes, like a girl push up) or not going down as far. I tried to keep my form as good as I could.
The guy keeps saying don't worry just do the best you can.
I was better when the weight exercises like the backflys, etc. I guess I still have some good muscle tone in my back but it will probably be sore in a day or two.
For the 2nd round of the routine all of the pull ups required use of the chair to at least let me do the right form and get some reps. Even the people on the video were using the chair for some of them, so I didn't feel as bad. As for push ups I was maxed out... which they say you shouldn't do but since I haven't done weight training in a long time I think anything I did in round 1 would have tired me out compeltely for round 2 anyway.
After the routine I was going to wait to do the Ab Ripper X (15 minutes of super intense crunch and core exercises) but it came on right away so I just decided to do it.
I definitely need to not do the workouts any later than 9 so I can actually get to bed easily.
I get to do Plyometrics for the first time tomorrow so we will see how that goes.
