I got through the Yoga X much easier this time around and since I went deeper into the video this time I saw that the hardest workouts ended about 50 minutes of the way through. Then you get into the balance exercises. I know these are important too but I am still trying to build up strength for these. Tony even says on the video that you need to go at your own pace.
I was happy that I was able to mix in more push-ups during the routine. I guess my arms didn't need as much time to recover this week as they did last week. I remember them being like Jello.
I still have some flexibility issues but I hope that the Stretch X can help a little with that and doing some extra stretching at night might be a good idea.
Legs & Back tonight possibly but we have guests coming over so I may be 1 day behind until my off day.
