Day 5 - Legs & Arms

I was supposed to do my Legs & Arms last night. I waited to long in the afternoon and then I didn't want to do weights with Josh running around, plus we ate dinner pretty late. I was good and got up very early the next morning and got my Day 5 workout completed.

The leg routine was actually not has hard as some of the others. Yes, some of the exercises are tough like the wall squats (especially the one-legged variety). Overall, it doesn't seem as bad cause you don't repeat the same leg moves. You do keep going back to doing pull-ups as this is also a back workout too. However, my arms are still sore from the other night so I decided to try the heavy bands off the door instead. Sure, it's not as much weight but it at least allowed me to work my back and do good form and a lot of reps.

I think my arms won't be sore anymore by the time I need to do Chest and Shoulder's again on Tuesday.

I will probably do my Kenpo X workout first thing in the morning on my off day to be all caught up.
