I am a little off schedule but should still be able to catch up on my day off. I am going to try to do my Kenpo tonight but it may have to wait.
I did Legs & Back this morning and it tried to make it a little tougher by adding weight (or additional weight) to some of the routines. I also tried to really get lower when doing some of the lunge exercises. They say on the video to go as low as you can and still keep good form.
I am sure I will be more sore as a result but it is worth it.
I love the Legs & Back routine because while if is a lot of leg exercises it also alternates to the pull ups (that same variations you do in Chest & Back) and it gives you chance to keep strengthening those muscles as well.
We had a baptism to go to in the morning so I didn't do Ab Ripper X this morning. I will do that tonight or probably on Monday after I do Kenpo.
