The Kenpo workout doesn't feel like a lot at first but once you get like 30 minutes into you really start to sweat. I think I need to get a heart monitor (I think my company sells them) so I can see how much more intense I need to get to get my heart rate up "into the zone".
I think my coordination is a little better this time around on the kicks. Maybe my legs are a little stronger. Although, my quads were really sore from the lunges I did during the Legs & Back. I was pretty sure they would be cause I was so fatigued after that workout.
Did the Ab Ripper X tonight since I missed it last night. That means I will need to do it again tomorrow. I know Tony said that is a no-no but I'd rather stay on schedule and do the Abs the same day I do my weight training.
Can't believe I will be starting week three tomorrow. Time flies when you are having fun :)
