Day 15: Chest & Back

I did my Chest & Back routine this morning since I was working from home. We got home late last night from going out for Nonni's birthday and then I had a favor I was doing for a friend. I will have to do my Plyometrics very early tomorrow morning because I have things I need to do for work tonight. Hopefully, I can be caught up tomorrow because on Friday night we have friends coming over for dinner. It is amazing how easy it is to get behind when you have 1 hour + routines you have to do.

Anyway, the Chest & Back routine was good today. I feel like improved in some areas. Pull ups are still a struggle and I needed to use the chair (especially in Round 2). I also used the bands instead in Round 2 for most of the exercises. You can do a certain position that they highlight in the video that makes the band more realistic and like a true pull up.

I realize I need to get some more weights for my dumbbells, or possibly and extra heavy band to make the workout a little more intense.

I also did Ab Ribber X this morning. It was actually good that I didn't do the routine last night cause my abs were still sore. You really shouldn't do the ab routine 2 days in a row. Now I know why.

We'll see if I can get caught up before Friday.
