I felt better this morning so I got the routine done. I only did about 1 hour of the routine... honestly the first 45 minutes is the hardest so 1 hour of is fine... I mean who has 90 minutes to kill on this?
I never skimp on any of the other routines but Yoga I feel like I can get away with just doing the 1 hour.
Gotta play catchup again because of being sick.. not sure I will do Legs and Back tonight or just be off a day until my off day on Monday. We will need to wait and see.
