Day 16 - Plyometrics

Still one day behind on my routines. Had Erin's uncle over last night so didn't get a chance to do my Plyometrics. I honestly was probably to tired from the Chest & Back exercise I did that morning anyway. I did the Plyo workout tonight instead.

Because it was late and I didn't sleep well last night I was a little tired in the beginning and didn't think I would get through it. But once I was warmed up it wasn't too bad. My legs are still a little sore from Legs & Back but no too bad. I went pretty deep in most of the squat and lunge exercises tonight.

I need to really try to do my Legs & Back tomorrow morning... we have friends coming over probably tomorrow night (assuming there isn't too much snow) so I probably won't be able to workout at night. That would get me 2 workouts behind which would be hard to make up over the weekend without killing myself. I need to stop using my "Rest" day to catch up, but I am doing the best that I can.

Okay I better get to sleep.
