Day 33 - Legs & Back

Still running one routine behind because of being sick on Friday.

Did the Legs & Back this morning and felt pretty good. I noticed that I was a little weak still for some of the lunge exercises. But I am definitely stronger on the pull up routines. I can do my reps without the chair and a feel like my upper body is still strong toward the end. I did a few of the pull ups with the bands but tried to stick with the real pull up bar as much as I could.

My favorite of the routine continues to be the wall squats. Now that I am into week five I try to get deeper into them or hold them a little longer than the video says. My area that I always struggled with the most for muscle is my legs so anything I can do to intensify the exercises I will try.

For some reason, after Legs & Back I am always beat for Ab Ripper. I got through almost all of it but I had to tap out on a lot of the moves before 25 reps. Might still be a little under the weather. I officially missed out on my Ab Ripper from last routine but I didn't want to do it two days in a row. No harm done, just don't what I can and trying to stick with the routine as close to 100% as possible.

Okay time for my recovery drink.
