Did my Legs & Back Routine tonight. Probably going to make it rough to shovel snow again. We are supposed to be getting another 15 inches plus again in our area. I will still try to do Kenpo in the morning ... that will still put me a day plus behind but again, since Week 4 is supposed to be my Recovery Week I can catch up maybe with an extra workout when I am supposed to be doing X Stretch.
I think it will feel odd to not do weights, pull ups or push ups for a week but I know it is important to stick with the program.
I was able to get through Ab Ripper X without taking as many breaks. I still need some here and there... but I definitely feel like my core is getting stronger.
Ok.. time to check and see how much snow is outside.
