Day 28 - Core Synergistics

I did it a little out of order but I wanted to make sure I did the Core Synergistics at least one time this week. To make up for what I missed when I was doing hours and hours of snow shoveling.

The routine is pretty intense, although because I am few weeks into the program I think some of the exercises are not nearly as hard as they would have been if I was just starting. It's probably why the program doesn't have you do this routine until the first Recovery Week.

I found it hard in some cases to keep my core engaged the entire time, but I believe I will get better with in the future. I think do Ab Ripper X obviously helps with this.

Tomorrow night I am back to my Main routine in Week 5 and I am going to try my best not to get behind.
