Another new routine in Week 5 to target some new parts of the arms and back.
I am feeling a little bit under the weather so I probably didn't push as hard in tonight's routine as I normally would. With that being said, my arms definitely still feel like jello.
I actually love the new pull ups options... the corn cob is ridiculous (unless you are using a chair for support), but I can see how it can help make regular pull ups seem easy.
I am actually to a point where I can almost do 10 full pull ups from a completely rested state. Still a long way to go to get to the 20+ reps that the guys in the video are doing but I think am slowly starting to see some results.
Need to get up early tomorrow to fit in my Ab Ripper X... it was too late (and I am too exhausted to do it now).
