Day 37 - Plyometrics

I did this routine during the day while I was working from home. It got a little hard to fit it in during lunch time so I only got through 40 minutes or so. I feel like I got into my zone at least and I didn't want to get behind completely. Perhaps, if I am up to it I will do 20-30 minutes on the elliptical to make for it. If not, I will just have to satisfied that I got through most of it.

Plyo definitely gets your blood pumping.. although for whatever reason I feel like get those most calorie burn during the Yoga routine. I am literally dripping with sweat when I do it. I get to do that on Friday.

I tried to get a little deeper (at least as much as I could) on the squat moves to get my legs burning a little more. We'll see if that makes me more sore.

Looks like we are supposed to be getting more snow so I might have shoveling duty again. We'll see if it messes up my routine.
