Day 30 - Plyometrics

Got back into the cardio swing in Week 5 with my one of the my favorite routines. Plyo is good as long as you do the moves as intense as you can. My only issue tonight was that I got started so late.... after 10pm. Now I am all hyped up and probably won't get to bed until 12 or so.

At least I can shower now and not have to do it in the morning.

I would have another Slim Fast as my recovery drink again but I think I am going to save them for just the nights I do weights. Not to mention that fact that I had ice cream and brownie for dessert tonight. The diet/nutrition part of P90x is a lot harder for me to embrace. I had Gatorade in my water bottle with the workout so I guess at least my electrolytes are okay.

Okay off to bed.
