I didn't do Yoga X over the weekend. All the shoveling I had to got me really behind. We also ran some errands on Sunday morning and then watched the Superbowl.
The good news is that I can do my Yoga X tonight and then Legs & Back in the morning tomorrow (Maybe I can do both tonight LOL!). Maybe I'll switch them... not sure yet. Kenpo at night on Tuesday possibly.
I then would be doing Week 4 which is the Recovery Week anyway so I can probably get caught up pretty easily.
I need to just make sure I do something tonight otherwise I will be completely off track.

Update:
Did almost the entire Yoga X routine tonight. Missed a few of the balance exercises, still have some muscle development to do.
I already can see a distinct improvement though in my arm and back strength. I am doing a push up almost every time Tony does in the video and I can do the full vinayasa with my knees in the air and my back arched fully.
If you do the lunges moves really deep this routine it really works your legs.. I was dripping with sweat by the end of the "motion" part of the module and some of the balance ones are hard as well.
I still cannot do the Crane move... I keep falling over. Maybe next time.
I will try to get back on track timing wise by doing Legs & Back tomorrow. Although another snow storm is coming so I maybe doing some more shoveling.
