I did my workout very early this morning to try to get back on track. I will need to do my weight routine tonight to stay on target.
The Kenpo X routine didn't seem as tough as it has in the past. I think my stamina is getting better so that might be the reason. I tried to do some extra things in the routine such as not touching the floor during the multi kick sets. I still get my left and right confused on some of the punch sets but I figure it out pretty quickly.
I feel like they must have the temperature raised in the room on the video cause they are so sweaty and I don't get as bad. For the Yoga X and other routines and I dripping with sweat. For this routine it is not nearly as bad.
Don't get me wrong. My heart rate is getting up pretty high (not sure if it is in the zone).
I will see how I feel for weight training tonight.
