Day 38 - Back & Biceps

Back and Biceps continues to be difficult.. especially later on in the routine. I am doing way more pull ups without chair assist initially but later on it gets harder. The exception for being successful without the chair is the Corn Cob pull ups. They are insane. I think I can do one (maybe two) good ones before my form is all over the place. Even with the chair I think I can only do 8-10, and not all good ones. It is very hard. Regular pull ups however I am feeling much better with.

The other great part of this routine is the two biceps items you do in row between the chest exercises. It really targets all parts of the arm.

I also did the Ab Ripper X and it is starting to get easier ... but some of the moves are still hard to get through 25 reps.
