Day 26 - Yoga X

I was able to do 45 minutes of my Yoga before we had friends come to visit. I will try to do a full workout tomorrow if I can. I definitely need to do 2 workouts tomorrow (morning and evening) to get caught up on my Recovery week. I feel like the snow got me all out of sync and then other plans we had on the weekend interfered too.

I want to at least do Core Synergistics before the weekend is over since it is the new routine I haven't tried yet. I also haven't done the Stretch X but it has been hard to find 1 hour plus the last few days to dedicate to a full routine.

Definitely just going to start up with the weight training again on Tuesday no matter what.
