I decided to forgo the Stretch X and Core X activity because I have been shoveling snow all day. That should be sufficient of a workout for the day. Especially considering that I am in my Recovery Week.
I'll see how much shoveling I have to do tomorrow. If it isn't too bad maybe I will try to do Core X. Otherwise I think the next thing I will do is the Yoga X. At that point I will consider myself all caught up.
Need to make sure I do a better job of working out in the morning if I don't get a chance to at night. That way I won't get behind in Week 5, when things get a little more intense.
