Day 10 - Shoulder & Arms

Did my cardio from last night early this morning. I don't think had a major impact on my ability to complete the Shoulder and Back routine tonight.

If anything that fact that didn't go to bed early enough is probably a bigger issue. I probably need to make a more concerted effort to go to be before 11pm so I am not dragging by 8-9pm the next day.

I worked out my Shoulder's and Back and got through the routine pretty easily for most of the exercises. I still need to get a few more plates for my dumbbells to add some weight. I used the bands for a number of the exercises this time around, and as long as you kept your form and you looped the band at the bottom when you need more resistance.

The bands actually do a good job and in some ways are better because there is resistance the whole way through the movement.

I got through more of the Ab Ripper X routine without taking breaks but still had a difficult time with the Mason Twists. I did 20 with a break and then another 20. I will do 50 one of these days. Guess I just have to be patient.

I am so thirsty I better go get another glass of water!
