Now, it really isn't a good thing that I got to do Plyo tonight. I remember doing it awhile back and it is just as hard as I remember it.
its a little under an hour of non-stop, high impact (you can modify it to reduce this) workouts that push you to jump high and get your heart pumping.
Let's just say I haven't sweat this much in a while. Hopefully, I can keep up this routine long enough to get to do Plyo a few more times.
The squatting in particular was tough since my legs are pretty underdeveloped and weak. The warm up and stretching definitely came in handy (before and after the workout) and its good that the video includes this so you aren't trying to figure out what the stretch on your own.
One funny note is I am apparently not very coordinated when it comes to the Heisman move. I never can get the leg and arm to be in sync. I guess I have no rhythm. Maybe I will get better.
I highly recommend not eating anything at least 2 hours before the workout.. We ate later tonight and I feel it a little.
Okay off to bed and fearing how sore I will be in the morning.
