Day 9 - Plyometrics

We ended up not getting out of my wife's doctor appointment until 8:15... it was scheduled for 7 (ugh!). So as a result we didn't end up eating dinner until much later then I thought we would.

I decided the best thing to do would be to do my Plyo workout first thing in the morning. No sense in getting a cramp or doing it so late that I couldn't go to sleep. The only problem was I didn't hear my alarm right away and got up at 5:20 so it didn't leave me a lot of time.

I got through about 40 minutes of the routine and then I ran out of time so I could shower, get my son ready, and get out the door before traffic got awful. I will probably do 20-30 minutes tonight on the elliptical before I do the Back & Shoulder's Routine tonight. Hopefully, that will make up the difference.

I realize that it might be impossible to stick with the routine 100% having other things to take care of and a child, etc. Just need to do the best I can. I figure the weight training is more important for me since I want to build strength and size. Honestly, you can probably supplement cardio in or change that up here and there if you want.

Although, I have a personal goal to be able to get through the Yoga X routine from start to finish without missing a beat. Probably not possible but it's just a goal.

When the weather gets nice again I am definitely going to start running again so I might have to do modified versions of some of the cardio on here. We'll see how it goes.
