Today I had my Shoulder & Arms exercises. It was little rough because the Day 1 routine really made my arms (particularly my triceps) sore.
I also realize that I need a few more free weights as the kind I have don't let me vary for the different exercises depending on how hard they are.
I got through it okay but I probably needed to use less weight on some and more weight on others. I might try the bands next time instead.
My son was actually downstairs with me tonight playing and wanted to jump around during the warm ups in the beginning. It was very cute.
I barely could get through the Ab Ripper X tonight because I was so sore from Monday's set. That and my son kept getting on my mat with me.
Yoga X tomorrow. Don't remember what that is like... we'll see!
