I thought I was getting a break for my sore muscles. My arms are like jello, I think mainly from the Chest and Back exercise on Tuesday. I think my arms did a lot of the work cause my back and chest are pretty weak right now.
Anyway, Yoga X is insane. I know that the point is that it assumes you are going to get stronger so it needs to keep the level high ... but when Tony keeps doing push ups every time he does his upward and downward dog I want to hit him. I got through 50 plus minutes of the routine but had to give up... I didn't want to pull something and be out of commission for my leg workout tomorrow.
Hopefully, next time I do it my arms will be in better condition and I won't mind
