It was actually not that bad... some of the kicks were a little awkward for my body (guess I will get more use to the movement over time). Otherwise I was able to follow along with most of the routine. Needed a few more water breaks then the people in the video.
My legs don't feel as sore as I thought they would. Probably means I need to add more weight to some of the lunge exercises.
I get to start the cycle all over again on Tuesday. Hopefully, my upper body will react better this time around. Also, if the weather stays mild I might try to fit in a short distance run (I miss running since the summer time).
