Day 43 - Chest Should Triceps

Felt great during this routine tonight... I was better at maxing out my moves, especially the push ups. I am still in love with the fly push up. It is so great to get that full range of motion. It might sound cliche but your really feel it all over your chest and arms.

This also is the case for the push up moves where you do some slow and some fast. I got through more than I thought I could when you Tony and that guy Phil just keep doing slow and fast over and over... I got to 10 in total and then started petering out. I got on my knees for the last few so I could max out my reps as best I could.

I am now at a point where I have to bum up the amount of plates I have for my dum bells or get a extra heavy band for some of the routines. My ability manage more weight is only going to increase so I need to be ready for that.

Okay time for my recovery drink. It is getting to be a nice routine now. Although, I do wish I would start working out every night before Josh goes to bed.. getting done showered and having the drink all around 11- 11:30 pm is rough.
