Day 50: Yoga X

Did about an hour of Yoga X today and tried more than ever to get real deep in the lunges. I will probably pay the price for this.

The movement portion of the routine with all of the vinyasas and upward dog/downward dog continues to get less intense for me. There are still certain moves at the end that are considered more advance that I struggle with such as the reaching the arm under the legs while in a lunge and twisting the chest up. That really makes your legs burn.

Some of the balance postures are hard for me too, although I think my flexibility is much improved from all of the movements.

We will be busy with moving a few days this week so I will need to play catch up probably with Core Synergistics but I will see how wiped I am.. moving furniture might be my workout. It is my recovery week so I am not going to be too hard on myself.
