I spent most of the night boxing things up and taking a crib apart and moving lots of stuff around in the garage. I was wiped and I will have to figure out how I will make up for lost time. Tomorrow won't be any easier as we are moving a fridge and some furniture to my mother-in-law's in preparation for our home sale. Maybe I can run first thing in the morning on Saturday and then do X-Stretch later in the day?
Haven't had a recovery drink in a few days... you start to miss it when you aren't on a routine.
We'll see how tomorrow goes and how exhausted I am.
