Days 52-56 - Recovery Week

Between getting sick and getting ready for the move my routine was a little off during recovery week (Week #8). I was able to do both Yoga routines and on Friday when I was supposed to be doing X-Stretch I was actually moving a room's worth of baby furniture (among other things) to my mother in laws. Needless to say I think I did okay under the circumstances.

Hopefully, I will feel better enough tomorrow to start up the weight routines again. Might be a little shock to the system....but getting back on track with Yoga tonight might help.

I better get to bed in the next 30 minutes or so. That way I won't be wiped out tomorrow. Worst case I will do my weight routine on Wednesday morning when I work from home.

I am not looking forward to Ab Ripper X... that is one thing I don't miss during the recovery week. Although I am probably going to try the Insanity workout when I am done with P90x and I heard it is killer on your core.
