Day 48 & 49 - Kenpo X and Rest

I did not do this routine this week but I did 45 minutes on the elipical at high intestity instead this morning. I didn't want to not work out at all for 2 days straight for I thought this was a good compromise. I am up to my Recovery Week again anyway so I don't think it is a big deal. Honestly, tonight I may go for a run anyway so that will be a big calorie burner. We'll see what else I have going on. I am working from home tomorrow so I maybe be able to do it then instead. I might also try to fit in the X stretch routine.
